The real estate world can feel like a roller coaster. When my youngest of four started kindergarten, I decided to climb aboard because I wanted to understand the business well enough to help myself, my family, and my friends find homes they loved.
As a REALTOR®, my goal is simple. I want to be the kind of agent I would want by my side: hardworking, compassionate, knowledgeable, positive, and trustworthy.
After ten years helping clients, closing my own commercial and residential transactions, and managing three rentals, I've learned a few things I'm happy to share. I'll walk with you through the highs, the lows, and all the little decisions in between.

Start with pre-approval. It tells you what you can afford, helps you shop with real numbers, and shows sellers you're serious. If you don't have a lender yet, I can point you toward a few trusted options.
A trusted REALTOR® makes the process much easier. I'll help with strategy, paperwork, negotiations, and the small details that can get confusing fast.
This is where it gets real. We tour homes, compare neighborhoods, talk through tradeoffs, and keep looking until the right place starts to feel obvious.
When you're ready, we write the offer and I negotiate for you. Price matters, but so do timing, repairs, contingencies, and the details that protect you.
Closing day is the fun part. You sign, get the keys, and walk into a home that's finally yours. And yes, we celebrate.
